I just wanted to say thank you to all who have supported by purchasing a shirt, tote bag or hoodie. Back in April I released my first UNYC design with the “Don’t Give Up / You Got This!” Tee and I was nervous about the reception. I don’t consider myself a graphic designer and so trying to learn a new skill and design something to put it out for the world to see is nerve wrecking. But I’m glad I did it.

I received some great feedback and comments about how the theme has encouraged them and even some special bulk orders where folks just want to give out the tee to friends to encourage them.

I’ve been working on some other projects and I’m looking forward to releasing them and some possible collaborative efforts with friends as well.

During this past year of the virus, quarantine and a “new normal” there have been many challenging moments that have shaken us to our core and caused us to question everything we’ve done and everything we may or may not do. Sometimes it’s felt so difficult to move on and see the light at the end of the tunnel.

But through it all, my faith and trust in God has given me the strength to keep going. My spirit has reminded me “DON’T GIVE UP. YOU GOT THIS!” And I’m grateful that I’ve listened and had the support of friends and family who have encouraged me as well!

Been working on some ideas and learning Adobe Photoshop and Premiere over the past year for various small projects.
There were countless conversations with my wife and close family about these ideas and I would make excuses as to why I thought I couldn’t do it or give reasons as to why I should wait.

Well after some prayer and thinking and strong positive encouragement from my wife, I am ready to make some new moves.
